This version doesn't have a way to control the inflation type, it's random. V2 and future versions have a way of selecting the inflation type more directly.
Belly allows for belly-bouncing, breasts allow for breast-bouncing, and butt doesn't really do anything in this version or V2 (but it will make the jump and dive go further in the next future version)

Sorry for the late reply. The game should prompt you to install them when you start it up. It should start intalling them when you accept the popup.
Are you running into issues with DirectX?
