Reverting fix to infinite sound loops

Well, bugger...it turns out you really out to test things a bit more thoroughly before pushing them out

I've reverted the changes concerning sound loops from the last patch, but everything else is the same.  Redownload the game to get the patch if you don't want more consistently bugged sounds.

You'll have to put up with the few ininite sound loop bugs for the time being as I try another approach later.

I'm very sorry about all this >.<
